Our Vision

A nation where technology serves the margins first—care is person-centered, stigma-free, and no one is blocked by bandwidth, devices, design, or data.

Mission Statement

Use story, policy writing, and equitable technology—including AI—to close health gaps, link people to care, and shrink the digital divide for marginalized communities.

Who We Are

Unity, With the Margins in Mind

Unity Arc Advocacy Group is built for one purpose: to move people and systems in the same direction—toward care that’s fair, human, and reachable. We come from different communities and experiences, but we’re aligned by a shared belief that health shouldn’t depend on zip code, income, identity, age, or access to technology. When we act together, we don’t just raise awareness—we change outcomes.

An Arc That Connects, Protects, and Progresses

We think of our work like an arc: a strong, intentional bridge that closes the distance between what communities need and what systems deliver. That arc is made of compassion and strategy—rooted in lived experience, strengthened by policy expertise, and guided by what works in the real world. We look back to learn, and we move forward with urgency, because people are waiting on the other side of the gap.

Our Pillar Strategy

Our work is organized into six pillars—each one a practical lane of action, and together a full pathway from story to systems change:

Pen
We turn community truth into clear writing that moves decision-makers—policy briefs, position statements, toolkits, and messaging that centers dignity and equity.

Voice
We bring stories to the front—not as inspiration, but as evidence. Through speaking, facilitation, and training, we help leaders hear what communities have been saying all along, and we help communities speak with power in rooms that shape their lives.

Service
We stay grounded in people, not just policy. We support community-centered solutions that help folks navigate barriers, connect to care, and access the resources they deserve—especially when systems are confusing or stacked against them.

Bridge
We connect the dots between policy and people, healthcare and community, innovation and trust. We convene partners, translate complexity into action, and build alignment so progress isn’t fragmented or performative.

Infrastructure
Equity requires capacity. We help strengthen the behind-the-scenes foundations—processes, partnerships, digital readiness, and operational systems—so good ideas don’t collapse under weak support.

Training
We build knowledge that turns into action. From health equity and HIV advocacy to ethical technology use, we equip organizations and community leaders to lead with competence, humility, and accountability.

Walk With Us

This is a journey toward care that works for everyone—especially the people systems too often leave behind. If you’re ready to build, repair, rethink, and act with intention, there’s a place for you here.
