Through Advocating for Equitable Living, we bring decades of experience working with federal leadership, including engagement at the White House, alongside state and local governments, policymakers, and community-based organizations.

This program is designed to move participants beyond learning into action. Drawing from real-world advocacy wins, policy engagement, and community mobilization, Unity Arc equips advocates with the skills to influence systems, raise awareness, shape policy conversations, and ensure that the voices of marginalized communities are not only heard — but centered.

Participants will learn how to navigate power structures, engage decision-makers, build coalitions, and translate lived experience into policy impact. From grassroots organizing to national advocacy strategy, this training bridges the gap between community voice and institutional change.
