Equitable Tech - Digital Access Strategy
Unity Arc Advocacy Group helps organizations use technology in ways that expand access, protect dignity, and close health gaps for marginalized communities. Through our work with emerging tools such as Versante’s OSMe Buddy and Civic Buddy, along with Malcolm Reid’s commitment to privacy, responsible data use, and ethical innovation through IAPP membership, we support partners in thinking beyond technology adoption alone. Our focus is on making sure digital tools are accessible, trusted, community-informed, and designed with the people most impacted by health inequities at the center.
We help organizations explore how AI, patient navigation tools, telehealth, digital front doors, data systems, and community-facing platforms can improve linkage to care while avoiding harm, bias, exclusion, or privacy risks. Unity Arc brings lived experience, policy insight, and health equity strategy together, so technology becomes more than a product — it becomes a bridge to care, connection, and measurable community impact.
