CHLP Aging Storytelling Initiative

The CHLP Aging Initiative Storytelling Project centers the lived experiences of people aging with HIV. Through personal narratives, the project explores how care, housing, stigma, privacy, sexuality, economic security, public policy, and HIV criminalization shape the reality of growing older with HIV. These stories bring forward the human impact of laws and systems that can punish disclosure, compromise privacy, or push people out of care—and point toward the policy changes needed for people not only to survive, but to thrive.

Save HIV And Aging Storytelling Bootcamp

Bridging Generations, Building Power is an HIV and aging storytelling and advocacy bootcamp that helps people turn lived experience into effective action. Participants develop clear, values-centered stories that connect personal experience to community impact and concrete policy solutions—building the confidence, skills, and relationships needed to advocate for equitable, age-informed HIV care and services.
